Rules and participation in raffles

Legal basis for participation in raffles organized by GLOWRIAS and/or Natalia Osona.

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTIONS

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion rules will apply to all draws held between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

Those who reside in Spain, are of legal age and have an active Facebook/Instagram account during the participation period may participate.

4.- CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS AND PRIZES

The draw among the participants will take place on the date indicated in each case in the Facebook/Instagram post and the winner will be notified via stories on the @nataliaosona or @glowrias profile. In this way, the winner will contact Glowrias or Natalia via private message.

If the initial winner does not claim the prize, Glowrias reserves the right not to deliver said prize.

In the event of being the winner or alternate, the participant authorizes the publication of his/her personal identification data in the channels indicated in this same point and the following, with the sole purpose of carrying out the publication of the winners and alternates.

The prize may not be identical to the one advertised, but it will be guaranteed to be similar in price and features.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There is a limit of one prize per person. GLOWRIAS reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value in the event of force majeure. Under no circumstances may prizes be exchanged for their cash value.

5.- COMMUNICATION

GLOWRIAS and Natalia reserve the right to announce the name of the winner of the draw in various advertising media and on their website. By accepting the prize, the beneficiary authorizes GLOWRIAS to use his/her image in the advertising exploitation of the awarded prize. Acceptance of the prize implies acceptance of this clause.

6.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

Profiles dedicated to participating in raffles, or other indications of being ghost profiles, will be excluded from the prize. We understand ghost profiles to be profiles that meet any of these requirements:

• Profiles that do not have a profile picture
• Profiles that do not have more than 15 followers
• Profiles that have no more than 5 posts
• Profiles that, despite meeting the above parameters, do not have reactions to their publications

7.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions that are considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory in content or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will also not be permitted. We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotions that could hurt the sensibilities of other participants at any time.

8.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The winner is responsible for obtaining any permission or consent necessary to enjoy the prize and for any incident that may occur during the same.

Prizes are subject to these legal terms and conditions and cannot be replaced in whole or in part with cash. Prizes cannot be exchanged, altered or compensated at the request of the winners. If the winner rejects the prize, no alternative will be offered. Its sale or transfer is strictly prohibited.

The participants of the draw exonerate, in the broadest manner possible under law and without limiting in any way their rights as consumers, the organizer from any type of liability, sanction, claim, demand or civil, commercial, criminal, administrative cause, including compensation of any nature and/or type, expenses, costs (with express inclusion of the fees of lawyers and solicitors).

The participant accepts that the organizer may postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel or suspend the draw as a result of force majeure beyond its control, and undertakes to inform participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.

The organizer is authorized to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these legal bases.

9.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or undermine the rights of participants in the promotions.

The mere fact of participating in a draw implies full acceptance of these Rules. If the prize is not accepted as stated in these Rules, it will be understood that the prize is waived.

10. - Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Madrid will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.

11.- FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

This raffle is free for participants. Both the raffle and the prizes are subject to changes or modifications by GLOWRIAS. Likewise, returns or exchanges by the winner are not permitted. CUSTOMS costs are the responsibility of the customer.
