Returns Information

At Glowrias we want all our girls to be delighted with their orders!

So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us and choose another product instead! All of this without prejudice to the provisions of the Conditions of Sale of our website.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

1. To request a refund, you must access your your customer account (with the email address you used to place the order) and go to the “History and details of my orders” section. Within this section, choose the order you want to return and click on “Data” (column on the right). Within this page, select the products from the order you want to return, by ticking the box to the left of each product name. Once you have selected the products you want to return, you must fill out the form below indicating the reason for the return. Finally, click on “Request a return”.

2. Returns of WEB purchases with "pickup in store" or "shipping to customer" in a physical store are not accepted. The cost of return shipping to Glowrias will be borne by the customer.

3. If we accept your return request, you will receive an email notifying you.

4. Before sending it, you must follow the following instructions:

4.1: Go to the "Merchandise Returns" section (within your customer section on our website).

4.2: Within this section, print the return form and follow the instructions indicated on the form.

5. The maximum period to make a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Our team will reply within 3 working days with the relevant instructions for sending us your package.

6. Items purchased on the website must be sent to our Head Offices within 7 calendar days of receiving our reply. The cost of return shipping to Glowrias will be borne by the customer. All orders that are that are not received at our central offices, in the event that the customer cannot prove receipt of the package, the return will not be processed and will not be valid.

7. Items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This means: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with their original packaging intact (e.g. shoe boxes, etc.).

8. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be used for exchange or return. Face masks cannot be returned. Bodysuits, swimsuits and accessories cannot be returned either.

9. The return package must include the form downloaded in step 2.

10. Once we have verified that the goods are in perfect condition and correctly labelled, we will send you a coupon for the value of the returned items to the email address used to make the purchase. This coupon can only be used by a customer with that email address. It does not expire and you can use it on one or more purchases until you spend the amount you have available. This process can take up to 14 days.

Please note that this coupon can only be used on our website or in one go, on the same day in a physical store.

NOTE: Our team will review whether the return has met all of these conditions listed above before issuing a coupon. Glowrias reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. In such a case, you will be notified via email that your order is not eligible for return and the package will be returned to the sender.

RETURNS OF SURPRISE BOXES AND SURPRISE PACKS

The return conditions are the same as those detailed in the previous section.

In the case of a return, the customer must send the box and/or pack in its entirety with all the items included in it in perfect condition, new, unused, with their labels or seals. Partial returns of the surprise box or packs are not accepted.

If any of the items do not retain their original labeling, their return will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect! Our team carefully checks each item before it is sent, going through a three-phase control, so this is not usual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the item with another one that is in perfect condition :)

1. Please send an email to with photos proving the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt (the purchase email is valid), the full name of the person who made the purchase, the order reference and the email through which the order was placed.

2. A collection will be arranged with CORREOS at your home.

3. Once your return has been accepted, access your customer account and go to the MERCHANDISE RETURNS section

4. Within this section, print the return form and follow the instructions indicated on the form.

5. Our team will review the merchandise and issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement of the product within a period not exceeding 15 working days.

6. Returns for defective items will only be made in exchange for the same product in perfect condition (with the same color and size). An exchange will never be accepted for this type of return.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns for defective items will only be accepted if the product retains its labeling. Otherwise, it will be understood that the item has been used and the defect was due to improper use of the same.

**The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes responsibility for the return, as well as all legal consequences that may arise from bad faith conduct constituting fraud. To notify us that an item is defective, you have 3 days from receipt and the way to do so should always be by writing an email to: pedidos@glowrias.com.
